Man found hanging under Hung Hom flyover, declared dead at the scene
At 8:44 AM this morning (Dec. 24), a man was discovered hanging in the wooded area beneath the flyover near Hung Luen Road, Hung Hom Bypass. A passerby spotted the man and immediately called the police.
Rescue personnel arrived at the scene and brought down the man, who was believed to be in his 60s. However, after examination, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police are currently investigating the identity of the deceased and the motive behind the apparent suicide.
