The posthumous work of renowned Japanese mystery novelist Keigo Higashino, Eternal Memory, officially went on sale in Japan on Wednesday (Aug. 5), local media reported.
The book is the 11th installment in the detective Galileo series featuring genius physicist Manabu Yukawa, and marks Higashino's 106th published work, according to reports.
The book's publisher had previously promoted the work with the tagline "Galileo's final mystery."
Higashino, a popular Japanese author known for his numerous mystery novels including "The Devotion of Suspect X," died of colon cancer on July 23 at the age of 68.
