As Typhoon Noul draws near, the Hong Kong Observatory hoisted the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 at 1:20 p.m. today (25 July). In its latest Special Weather Notice, the Observatory warned that hail may hit Hong Kong within the next one to two hours.
Based on the current forecast track, Noul will make landfall between Huizhou and Shanwei tomorrow morning (26 July) and pass around 100 kilometres northeast of Hong Kong.
