The Hong Kong Observatory hoisted the Strong Wind Signal No.3 at 1:20 p.m. today (July 25). The public are urged to stay away from shorelines and suspend all water activities.

The Observatory will assess whether to issue a higher tropical cyclone warning signal between 9 p.m. and midnight, subject to Noul's landing location and its distance from Hong Kong.

Affected by rainbands associated with Noul, Hong Kong will experience frequent squally heavy showers and thunderstorms tomorrow. Rainstorm Warning Signals or Regional Rainfall Alerts may be issued at that time. The public should closely monitor the latest weather updates from the Observatory.
