EVA Airways announced that due to Typhoon Noul, flight BR858 from Hong Kong to Taipei and return flight BR857 from Taipei to Hong Kong today have been cancelled.
Ngong Ping 360 announced the scheduled night cable car rides tonight are cancelled to safeguard visitors' safety, as cable car services will be suspended under the Strong Wind Signal No.3.
The Education Bureau announced that classes for kindergartens, schools for physically handicapped children and schools for children with intellectual disabilities will be suspended after noon today.
The schools concerned shall keep their premises open and implement contingency arrangements to look after students already on campus. Students may only be dismissed to go home under safe conditions.
