Today (April 30) marks the 27th birthday of Keung To, a member of the popular boy group MIRROR. To celebrate the occasion, the "Keung To Hong Kong Fan Club" has partnered with the tram company for the fifth consecutive year to launch a "free tram ride day," offering complimentary rides on HK's iconic trams to the public.
Throughout the day, residents and visitors can enjoy unlimited free travel on all regular tram services. In addition, two specially decorated "Keung To trams," which began operating in early April, continue to run across different routes.
Featuring exclusive designs, the themed trams have become a popular attraction for fans eager to take photos.
In keeping with annual birthday traditions, the fan club arranged for the "Keung To trams" to depart from the Whitty Street Depot this morning and head toward Causeway Bay, where they will meet with fans and the public.
Visitors interested in the celebrations can head to the district to witness Causeway Bay transform into a festive "Keung To Bay."
