Keung To, a member of the boy band MIRROR, was charged with three offences, including careless driving, after his vehicle struck a roadside railing on Caine Road on Hong Kong Island in the early morning hours of last November. His case was heard today (April 13) at Eastern Magistrates' Courts.

Keung To, the defendant, was charged with one count of careless driving, alleging that at around 4 am on Nov. 28, 2025, he drove a vehicle carelessly on Caine Road, Hong Kong Island. Keung did not appear in court in person. His defence lawyer pleaded guilty to the careless driving summons on his behalf. Keung was ultimately fined HK$1,000. The court heard that the other two summonses had already been dealt with in writing.

According to the case facts, after the accident, Keung told police officers that the crash occurred because he reached back with his left hand to retrieve a cap while driving.

Principal Magistrate Cheung Chi-wai accepted that Keung had driven carelessly due to a momentary lapse and imposed a fine of HK$1,000. The court also noted that the other two summonses had been handled in writing.
