The Hong Kong Observatory issued a special weather warning this morning (April 4). Influenced by a low-pressure trough, thunderstorm activity is continuing to develop around the Pearl River Estuary.
The Observatory expects that over the next one to two hours, in parts of HK, rain may become heavier, and there may be a few bouts of squally thunderstorms.
The Observatory reminded citizens to remain alert to changing weather conditions.
