Secretary for the Civil Service Ingrid Yeung posted on social media today (Dec. 6), stating that this is an important moment for all eligible voters, including civil service colleagues, to make good use of their votes and elect trustworthy candidates to enter the LegCo. The government has emphasized the importance of voting as early as possible on various occasions and channels.
Here are several key points related to voting:
1. Voting hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
2. Voters are requested to bring their identity cards and proceed to their designated polling stations to vote.
3. Voters in geographical constituencies should stamp one "tick" on the ballot; voters in functional constituencies should fill in the oval on the ballot with a black pen.
4. After voting, please place the ballot into the designated ballot box with the marked side facing downward, without folding it, as instructed.
