Organized by Hong Kong's renowned creative brand AllRightsReserved (ARR), the world's first-ever "Water Parade" will collaborate with the HK Tourism Board's (HKTB) Wine & Dine Festival to present the "Water Parade X Wine & Dine: Victoria Harbour Playful Delights." This unique dining experience fuses iconic IPs like Doraemon with exquisite desserts, allowing diners to enjoy delicacies while sharing a table with their beloved characters.
The event will take place on Oct. 26 at the Tasting Room of the Wine & Dine Festival. Starting from 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 10, guests can reserve their spots via the Klook platform. Availability is limited, and tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, the HKTB has prepared an exclusive gift for international visitors. Travelers holding a "Water Parade" ticket and valid overseas travel documents can visit the J2 - J3 Visitor Counters (located at the Admiralty entrance) at the Wine & Dine Festival from Oct. 23 to 26 to claim a gift pack. Each eligible visitor may collect the gift pack only once at the designated location. Supplies are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
