Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board and co-hosted by the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux (CIVB), the annual highlight event—the HK Wine & Dine Festival—will be held from Thursday, Oct. 23 to Sunday, Oct. 26 at the Central Harbourfront Event Space. This year, for the first time, the festival's nightly opening hours will be extended until midnight, ensuring visitors can fully immerse themselves in the festivities.

The theme for this year's festival is "REMIX·BEST OF ALL WORLDS". The renowned "BEA Grand Wine Pavilion" and "Tasting Room" will make a much-anticipated return. The "BEA Grand Wine Pavilion" will feature distinguished labels from the world's finest vineyards. Highlights include a featured selection associated with the esteemed wine critic James Suckling. The "Tasting Room" invites five-star chefs to present a spectacular gastronomic experience.
Visitors can also explore the "Towngas Gourmet Avenue", which brings together 12 of HK's finest restaurants, including MICHELIN-starred and Black Pearl award-winning restaurants, offering a culinary extravaganza all in one place.

A notable highlight this year is the introduction of an exciting "Pairing Exploration", where five distinct flavors are expertly matched with five types of wine, allowing guests to create their own pairings and discover new taste sensations. The festival will also feature new country pavilions and numerous internationally acclaimed brands, offering a journey that seamlessly blends classic and innovative flavors.
