The 83-ship formation, composed of the Navy's Qi Jiguang and Yimengshan vessels, set sail on September 26 from a military port and a civilian port in Dalian, carrying over 1,200 naval trainees and personnel. Today (October 1) and tomorrow (October 2), the military camp is hosting open ship activities at Stonecutters Island, welcoming citizens on board for visits.
On the first day of the open house event, many citizens brought their families to tour the Qi Jiguang and Yimengshan vessels. Onboard, naval trainees and personnel warmly interacted with visitors, taking photos and engaging them in various exciting activities, creating a cheerful atmosphere.

The Navy's Qi Jiguang (hull number 83) is a large naval training ship designed and built independently by China, with a full displacement of over 9,000 tons. It is the largest and most modern training vessel in the Navy. The Navy's Yimengshan (hull number 988) is a Type 071 landing dock ship, with a normal displacement of over 19,000 tons, featuring significant advantages such as large tonnage, strong loading capacity, and long endurance. It is capable of conducting rapid, multidimensional, and mobile landing operations, as well as executing missions such as transporting disaster relief supplies and providing medical assistance.
