This morning (Sept. 30), escorted by vessels from the PLA Hong Kong Garrison and the HKSAR government, Qi Jiguang and Yimengshan sailed towards the PLA Hong Kong Garrison's naval base in Stonecutters Island. The two vessels will be open for public visits at Stonecutters Island from September 30 to October 2.

This afternoon, many local students visited the site to board the Qi Jiguang and Yimengshan for a tour. Secretary for Education Choi Yuk-lin was also present. After taking photos with several primary and secondary school students at a photo spot, she joined the students for a tour of the ships. The students were very excited and took pictures at various spots, experiencing the grandeur of these national vessels.
