On the morning of Sept. 30, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy ships "Qi Jiguang" and "Yimengshan" entered Hong Kong waters. Upon arrival, they were guided by local marine police vessels and the PLA HK garrison's guided-missile frigate Suqian, en route to the Ngong Shuen Chau Naval Base. The two ships are set to host open-ship events, inviting the public aboard for tours.
