Super Typhoon Ragasa hit Hong Kong with strong winds. Reporters in Tseung Kwan O observed widespread tree falls blocking pedestrian paths, while water accumulation has clogged pedestrian tunnels. Many shops appeared unprepared for the strong winds, with glass doors shattered and furniture overturned, leaving debris scattered everywhere.

As Ragasa moves towards the western coast of Guangdong, the associated hurricane zone is gradually moving away from Hong Kong. The Observatory issued the No. 8 Southeast Gale or Storm Signal at 1:20 p.m. today. Rainfall in Tseung Kwan O is easing, allowing residents to go out for lunch and feel the winds, with many taking their dogs for a walk.
