Super Typhoon Ragasa is currently hitting Hong Kong, with severe weather conditions bringing heavy rain and strong winds across various districts. In Heng Fa Chuen, the rising seawater, combined with violent winds, has generated huge waves that reach five to six stories high, crashing against the seaside units. In Shatin, the Shing Mun River has overflowed its banks, flooding the sidewalks on both sides. Tseung Kwan O is also affected by heavy rain and rising water levels, nearly submerging the roadways. Many other areas are experiencing strong winds, resulting in multiple incidents of fallen trees.
