Super Typhoon Ragasa | Weather deteriorates rapidly today: No. 8 signal issued at 2:20 pm

The Hong Kong Observatory stated that due to the extensive circulation of Super Typhoon Ragasa, it expects the weather in Hong Kong to deteriorate rapidly later today (Sept. 23).

At 2:20 pm today, the Observatory issued the No. 8 gale or storm signal, and a special announcement for the No. 8 alert will be issued approximately two hours before the No. 8 signal takes effect.

Observatory: Strong Wind Signal No. 3 to be issued at 9:40 pm tonight, No. 8 Gale Signal possible between 1 pm and 4 pm tomorrow
