Local media reported that the toy car driven by the man is designed for children aged 3 to 7, with a maximum weight capacity of 130 pounds (approximately 58.97 kilograms), and it is clearly not permitted to be driven on public roads.
According to the man himself, he acted this way because he was too lazy and didn’t want to walk. He subsequently showed the media the legal documents he received, which listed the brand of the vehicle as "Barbie" in the vehicle section and noted the color as "pink."
Local police stated that the man's operation of the toy car on public roads during busy hours posed a significant public risk. The man has received a court summons, with a scheduled hearing date in December.
