According to CCTV News, on Sept. 13 local time, an incident of car theft occurred in Downey, Los Angeles County, California. The stolen vehicle was an ambulance on a rescue mission. The thief drove off but was ultimately arrested by the police.
Witnesses at the scene reported that on Sept. 13, an ambulance arrived at a location to respond to a violent incident. As the rescue personnel exited the ambulance to carry out their mission, a man ran into the driver's seat of the ambulance from nearby and stole the vehicle while it was unattended.
Local police subsequently pursued the stolen vehicle. The stolen ambulance came to a stop after colliding with a privately parked car, and the thief was eventually arrested by the police.
