The Observatory issued the Black Rainstorm Warning at 5:50 am today (August 5), which was later downgraded to the Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal at 5:05 pm, with the Black Rainstorm warning lasting over 11 hours.
During the heavy rain, flooding occurred in multiple districts, leaving many vehicles stranded. Despite the severe weather, disciplined forces braved the storm and remained at their posts. In one incident, a vehicle stalled in the wind and rain, and police officers worked together to push it to safety, averting danger.
