Ticket retailer Cityline has faced renewed criticism after admitting to another printing error – this time for G-DRAGON's upcoming "2025 World Tour" concerts in Macao. The company notified holders of HK$1,999 VIP standing tickets that their tickets lacked printed queue numbers due to a "formatting discrepancy."
Affected fans must exchange their tickets before the concerts, which run from June 6 to 8 at Galaxy Arena. Invalidated original tickets must be surrendered for reissued versions showing queue numbers. Exchanges are available:
- June 4–5: Cityline's Hong Kong office (Kwun Tong)
- June 6–8: Galaxy Arena box office (exchange only on respective concert days)
Cityline apologized and advised customers to email inquiries. This marks at least the second major ticket error by the retailer in recent months. During Coldplay's Hong Kong concerts (April 8–12), fans were forced to replace tickets due to "information discrepancies" at seven designated locations. The company later added Guangzhou and Shenzhen exchange points amid public backlash.
Criticism intensified when Cityline's subsequent apology video was exposed as AI-generated, further angering fans who called the gesture "insincere." The repeated errors have fueled concerns over Cityline's operational reliability for high-demand events.
