The Coldplay concert at Kai Tak Sports Park attracted a large number of fans. However, a number of ticket buyers were dissatisfied that they had purchased tickets with normal seating capacity from Cityline, the ticketing system, but when they received the physical tickets, the seats were marked as "obstructed view". However, Cityline denied the mistake, saying that the purchasers had indeed purchased "obstructed view" tickets.

As for Cityline's sale of tickets for Mayday's extra concert at Kai Tak Sports Ground on April 10, when members of the public purchased tickets for the visually impaired position, the tickets would be labeled before payment. It is understood that Cityline has adjusted its practices in response to recent complaints, and in its reply to media enquiries, Cityline said that it will continue to improve its website and system in response to customer feedback.
