The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) written examination is about to start. The Hong Kong Taxi and Public Light Bus Association (HKTPA) has recently launched a taxi volunteer service scheme to provide free cab pick-up and drop-off service for DSE candidates on the Chinese Language examination day next Wednesday (April 2) to help them arrive at the examination venue smoothly.
At least 100 cabs will be dispatched to provide free point-to-point transportation service, with special priority given to candidates who live in remote areas or have transportation difficulties. Candidates can register through the online link from now until this Saturday (March 29), and places are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Upon successful booking, a dedicated contact person will coordinate the pick-up and drop-off arrangements between the driver and the candidate.
