New World Development (00017) is reportedly in discussions with luxury brand Louis Vuitton (LV) to open a new flagship store in the K11 MUSEA shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. According to sources cited by Bloomberg, the store will span approximately 40,000 square feet, making it one of LV's largest stores in Asia.
Insiders revealed that the potential store may feature a museum, a café, and a VIP lounge for premium customers. However, rental terms have yet to be finalized. While discussions are progressing smoothly, specific details are still subject to change, and there is a possibility that the deal may not materialize.
