
The Legislative Council (LegCo) held a meeting on Feb. 26 at 11 am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex. The Appropriation Bill 2025 was introduced into the Council for the First Reading and the Second Reading. When moving the Second Reading of the Bill, the Financial Secretary Paul Chan outlined the 2025-2026 Budget.
