The Transport Department (TD) said today (Jan. 3) that due to emergency repairs to water mains, some lanes of Kwun Tong Road towards Mong Kok near the roundabout at Hoi Yuen Road remain closed and motorists can only use the remaining lanes.
As a result of the incident, some KMB routes have to be diverted.
