An accident involving a fall from a cliff occurred in Ma On Shan at 1:18 p.m. today (Dec. 29). The police received a report that a middle-aged woman had fallen down a slope on Ma On Shan and was subsequently missing.
The Government Flying Service was summoned for rescue, and firefighters and police officers gathered at the Ma On Shan Country Park and Shui Long Wo helipad before heading up the mountain to search in areas such as Shui Long Wo.
It is reported that the woman was part of a group of more than ten people who went hiking on Ma On Shan.
