The upgraded exhibition offers three new highlights, including an enhanced immersive film experience. Visitors can wander through the alleys and indoor scenes of the Kowloon Walled City, making them feel as if they are part of the film and experiencing the life of the Walled City during that time. The production team has integrated dialogue and sound effects from the movie into various scenes of the exhibition, further enhancing the immersive experience.

The exhibition has also introduced five new photo spots, showcasing classic scenes such as a hair salon, a café, and back alleys, along with new additions like a comic stall, tailor shop, bone-setting clinic, shoemaker, and dentist's office, all authentically recreating the atmosphere of the Walled City in the 1980s. The furnishings and price tags are all based on actual items from that era, increasing visitors' engagement. Hidden throughout the various scenes are several surprise "Easter eggs," including original costumes from the film and a series of miniature models created specifically for this exhibition.

The venue also features a convenience store selling an assortment of nostalgic snacks and toys, such as cola candy, Santa Claus masks, and mini water guns. Moreover, limited edition themed merchandise designed by the film distributor "Entertaining Power" will be available, including models of the Walled City, insulated bottles, T-shirts, exquisite matchboxes, postcards, coasters, and books by original author Yuyi.
