1-minute News | See you at AIRSIDE! Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In Exhibition begins its second phase
Since opening on October 7, the exhibition of the movie Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In has attracted crowds of locals and tourists.
Today (Nov. 20), the first phase of the exhibition concluded, with the second phase scheduled to move to Kai Tak on December 16. This phase will take place at the AIRSIDE mall located in the old Kai Tak Airport, which serves as the "main stage" for the movie's story.
The second phase will feature an upgraded open design that allows for immersive interaction with visitors. Guests will be able to "step into" Kowloon Walled City under neon signs, navigating through dark alleys filled with tangled antennas and exploring the various shops and stalls depicted in the film, offering a closer experience of the Walled City's atmosphere.
In addition to retaining several themed areas from the airport exhibition, such as the mahjong room, tea stall, barber shop, and convenience store, five new thematic areas will be introduced, allowing attendees to instantly relive classic scenes from the movie.
The Hong Kong Tourism Board hopes that through both phases of the exhibition, visitors and locals will engage deeply with Hong Kong's history and culture while enjoying captivating moments beyond the big screen.
