Typhoon Signal No. 3 issued | No flooding report as of this morning: DSD
The Hong Kong Observatory changed its strong wind signal to No. 3 at 10:20 a.m. today (Nov. 14).
The Observatory issued No. 8 Northeast Gale or Storm Signal at 11:10 pm last night, which lasted until 10:20 am this morning. The Drainage Services Department (DSD) said this morning that there were no confirmed reports of flooding as of 8 am this morning.
