Chinese table tennis player Sun Yingsha celebrated her 24th birthday today (November 4). The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) World Table Tennis (WTT) took the first opportunity to send birthday greetings to Sun.
In the current WTT World Ranking, Sun topped the women's singles ranking with 10,800 points, becoming the first person to score over 10,000 points under the current world ranking system. In this year's Paris Olympics, Sun won 2 golds and 1 silver in three sports ( mixed doubles, women's singles and women's team), and also attended the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics as the representative of Asian athletes.
