The Strong Wind Signal, No. 3 is currently in effect. According to the Hong Kong Observatory, The Strong Wind Signal, No. 3 will remain in force at least until 10 p.m. tonight (Oct. 26).
With tropical cyclone "Trami" departing gradually, local winds will weaken from tonight to tomorrow morning. Depending on the changes in local wind conditions, the Observatory will consider issuing the Standby Signal, No.1 by then.
