Strong Wind Signal No.3 taking effect: Check these events' service hours

The Hong Kong Observatory issued Strong Wind Signal No.3 at 10:40 a.m. today (Oct. 26). Some events have adjusted their hours of operation and service.

11th Hong Kong Food Carnival

The organizer has announced that due to the Strong Wind Signal, No.3, the 11th Hong Kong Food Carnival at Kwai Chung Sports Ground will be temporarily canceled this morning. The scheduled opening ceremony at 11:00 a.m. has also been canceled.

Ngong Ping 360 cable car service

Ngong Ping 360 has announced the suspension of its cable car service this morning due to the impact ofthe tropical cyclone "Trami". Service will resume as soon as weather conditions improve.

Wine & Dine Festival's Harbour Lounge

The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced today (Oct. 26) that the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival at Central Harbourfront will proceed as scheduled. However, the Harbour Lounge within the venue will remain temporarily closed until further notice.

"A Symphony of Lights"

The Tourism Commission has announced that "A Symphony of Lights" Special Edition for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of National Day will be canceled tonight.
