Don't forget your gift vouchers! CRCare to close all HK stores by Nov. 8

Today (Oct. 8), chain pharmacy CRCare announced on social media that due to external uncertainties and various operational challenges, the company has decided to close all of its stores in Hong Kong on Nov. 8, 2024.

CRCare stated that it will stop accepting new membership applications and discontinue issuing membership points with purchases effective immediately. The company's membership program will officially cease operations on Nov. 8, 2024. After that date, all memberships and accumulated points will become invalid, and members will no longer be entitled to discounts or rewards.

The last date to use CRCare gift vouchers is Nov. 7, 2024. Customers holding valid, unredeemed vouchers are advised to use them at stores as soon as possible. Unused vouchers after the expiry date will not be refunded.
