KMB to launch new HK1 sightseeing bus route on Sept 21
Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) will launch a new sightseeing bus route, HK1, tomorrow (Sept. 21).
The circular route will cover multiple attractions in Kowloon, starting from the Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui. The bus will pass through notable areas such as the West Kowloon Cultural District, Jordan, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Sham Shui Po, Wong Tai Sin, and Kowloon City, before returning to Tsim Sha Tsui. The full route includes a total of 17 stops, with a fare of HK$19.
KMB stated that the HK1 buses will feature a primarily pink design. Inside, passengers will enjoy extra-wide seats, free Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, and curtains for added privacy. Notably, there will be no standing room, ensuring that all passengers are seated. Holders of the KMB Monthly Pass can also enjoy a 73% off on the route.
Additionally, tourists holding the KMB Tourist Day Pass can enjoy unlimited rides on the HK1 route within a 24-hour period. The Tourist Day Pass is priced at HK$55.
