3-vehicle pile-up on Kwai Chung Road leaves at least 11 injured including pregnant woman, Kowloon-bound traffic congested

A collision involving a light goods vehicle, a medium goods vehicle, and a minibus occurred outside Cheong Nin Building, 1013–1033 Kwai Chung Road, at 9:11 am today (Oct. 27). According to reports, at least 11 people were initially injured, including a pregnant woman. Rescue personnel are at the scene handling the incident.

The Transport Department said that due to the traffic accident, some lanes of Kwai Chung Road (Kowloon-bound) near the Kwai Chung Road roundabout have been closed. Motorists can only use the remaining lanes. Traffic in the area is currently heavy.
