What has five millennia of history bestowed upon a city? It is a rich cultural lineage woven into its very DNA, a vibrant living heritage embedded in daily life, a solid industrial foundation underpinning its growth, an intelligent manufacturing engine driving future breakthroughs, and an open vision that embraces the world.
From Oct. 9 to 11, the 2026 Global Mayors Dialogue, Luoyang will convene under the theme "Sustaining the Cultural Lineage of Ancient Capitals, Advancing Mutual Learning Among Urban Civilizations."
