A married couple who work as long-haul truck drivers made a remarkable return to a restaurant in Zhoukou, central China's Henan Province, a full 13 days after they had inadvertently driven off without settling a modest bill of just 27 yuan (approximately 4 US dollars). Rather than dismissing the small amount as insignificant, they made a conscious decision to rectify their mistake on their next pass through the region. True to their word, upon their return journey, they deliberately rerouted to the same eatery, walked in, and personally apologized to the owner while handing over the overdue payment.
