McDonald's recently launched the world's first "Choco McGriddles", which drew huge crowds to outlets across multiple districts. Today (July 6), McDonald's made another surprise announcement: to celebrate the first anniversary of the McDonald's App Loyalty Programme, it will bring back the Big N' Tasty, which has been absent for nearly 10 years, and has invited Eason Chan, who previously served as the brand ambassador for the burger, to revive this classic menu item.
The Big N' Tasty is a burger made with a sesame seed bun, a quarter-pounder beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles, onion, and salad dressing. It was first introduced in select U.S. cities in 1996 and became available at Hong Kong McDonald's in 2007 before being discontinued chain‑wide in March 2017.
