The Detective Conan TV Anime 30th Anniversary Exhibition will open in Hong Kong this summer, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the long-running series and highlighting three decades of memorable moments. The exhibition runs from July 25 to September 13, 2026, at AIRSIDE Twin Towers (Phase 1), 10/F, Kai Tak, Kowloon, with opening hours from 11:00am to 9:00pm.
Built around the theme of "the world behind anime production," the exhibition presents a more profound look at how Detective Conan is made—from planning and storyboards to voice acting and theme songs. A dedicated highlight section revisits major scenes across 30 years, including signature deduction sequences, the mounting tension of the Black Organization storyline, and fan-favorite relationship moments featuring Shinichi and Ran.
Music also takes center stage in a special zone designed for visitors to experience the series beyond visuals, featuring well-known tracks associated with the TV anime over the years. Another section introduces 30 key characters from the franchise, including names such as Kogoro Mouri, Ai Haibara, Kaito Kid, Tooru Amuro, and Heiji Hattori.
Ticketing and prices
Early-bird presale tickets go on sale from July 10 to July 24, 2026:
- Single ticket: HK$98
- Pair ticket: HK$178
- Special-edition ticket: HK$170 (includes one limited acrylic shikishi collectible)
During the exhibition period, tickets include:
- On-site single ticket (from July 25): HK$118
- Special-edition ticket: HK$188 (includes one acrylic shikishi)
- Concession ticket: HK$98 (for seniors aged 60+, students with valid ID, and children aged 3+)
- Free admission: children under 3 and under 90 cm in height
The limited special-edition collectible (acrylic shikishi) measures 13 cm × 18 cm and can be redeemed on site after online purchase. Ticket design and redemption arrangements are subject to organizer announcements.
