Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee announced on Thursday (June 25) that public consultation for the city's next Policy Address will officially commence on June 29.
Lee made the announcement while speaking to reporters at the Central Government Offices following a consultation session with 33 representatives from higher education institutions on HK's five-year development plan.
He said the public consultation exercise for the new Policy Address will formally begin next Monday.
Lee noted that HK's five-year development plan and the Policy Address are closely connected policy documents that share a common governance framework.
