Hong Kong police have arrested a 36-year-old local man in connection with a series of sexual assault cases.
According to police investigations, the suspect specifically targeted strangers who were so intoxicated that they had passed out on the streets near bars.
He would take them to hotels or stairwells in residential buildings to sexually assault them and would also secretly film the acts. The four victims are all local men, aged between 19 and 23.
Police have described the suspect's behavior as predatory and deplorable and have urged members of the public to drink responsibly, stay alert, and avoid lingering alone on the streets. The case has been handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
