Bamboos and Poles Scatter on Wan Chai Road, Blocking Traffic; Vehicles Forced to Take Detours, Nearly Causing Serious Incident. (DDN)

This afternoon (July 7) at 1 pm, a reporter from DotDotNews observed bamboo poles, originally used for constructing a bamboo scaffold, scattered across the ground near the entrance of the Kai Bo Food Supermarket on Wan Chai Road, Tin Lok Lane, obstructing both lanes of traffic. Vehicles traveling towards Morrison Hill Road were forced to use the only available lane in the opposite direction, creating a dangerous situation.

The scattered bamboo poles also blocked pedestrian access, requiring pedestrians to exercise extra caution when crossing the road. Many citizens stated that the situation was "dangerous" and hoped it would be addressed as soon as possible.
