Thinking of taking your dog out this weekend but not sure where to go? Today, we are bringing along a special guest, Uno the dog, to sniff out some pet-friendly spots in Hong Kong.
Dog Parks
If your pup really needs to burn off some energy, these parks are great bets. YOHO Mall's DOT Park in Yuen Long may be small, but it's got bone-shaped play equipment and a few Instagram-worthy spots – perfect for a quick stop. Wan Chai Harbourfront's pet garden offers open views, with grassy space on one side and a sea breeze on the other – ideal for owners who just want to sit back and relax. For a big open space, head to the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade – dogs can run freely and make new furry friends.
Pet-Friendly Malls
Places like YOHO Mall, K11 Musea, and Hopewell Centre all welcome pets – but each has its own rules. Most require dogs to be in strollers or carriers. If you let your dog walk on a leash, they'll need to wear a diaper. Some malls even have strollers you can borrow at the info desk, along with poop bags.
