The Hong Kong Observatory said that a southeasterly airflow will affect the Guangdong coast over the coming few days. It is expected that on Tuesday (April 14) and Wednesday (April 15), it will be hot during the daytime in Hong Kong. In urban areas, the maximum temperature will rise to 30°C, while in the Sheung Shui and Ta Kwu Ling areas, temperatures could reach up to 32°C.

According to the nine-day weather forecast, Hong Kong will see thunderstorms later on Thursday (April 16), a few showers on Friday (April 17), and bright skies for parts of the day. From then until the beginning of next week, it will be partly sunny with occasional showers.
