A wildfire broke out on the morning of April 3 in the Moreno Valley area of Riverside County, California, and quickly spread due to strong winds.
By the afternoon, the fire had consumed approximately 4,127 acres (16.7 square kilometers). Local fire departments are working to contain the blaze, and evacuation orders have been issued for some areas.
