According to CCTV News, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement today (March 31), announcing that at dawn, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy launched the 88th wave of Operation True Promise 4, delivering heavy strikes against multiple US and Israeli targets in and around the Persian Gulf. The statement said that the IRGC Navy used ballistic missiles in the central waters of the Persian Gulf to hit an Israeli container ship.
In a series of subsequent coordinated strikes, a US Marine Corps bunker located along the coast of the UAE, US Fifth Fleet counter-drone systems deployed around Bahrain International Airport, and two advanced early warning radar systems at a US military base in Kuwait were all precisely and destructively struck by drones.
The statement emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz is now completely under Iran's firm control, and any hostile provocation will be met with retaliatory missile and drone strikes.
