Today's weather in Hong Kong will be mainly cloudy, with a few light rain patches in the early morning, and a maximum temperature of around 24°C. A reporter from DotDotNews observed this morning that both sides of Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui area were shrouded in clouds and mist, with the IFC in Central piercing through the sky.
