The MTR Corporation announced today (March 13) a salary adjustment plan, under which most non-managerial employees will receive a basic pay increase ranging from 1.6% to 3.84%.
To ensure competitiveness in the market and retain talent, the company also plans to issue bonuses based on business performance and other considerations.
The MTR expressed gratitude and recognition for employees' contributions and efforts over the past year across different business areas.
The salary adjustments were made following the company's established and effective review mechanism, taking into account various factors such as corporate performance, market and economic conditions, and employee contributions.
