According to a report by CCTV News, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson announced on the evening of March 1 local time that the Israeli Air Force had carried out a round of airstrikes targeting Tehran, Iran.
The IDF stated that more than 100 Israeli fighter jets participated in the operation, with the targets being several headquarters of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). These included command centers for intelligence, the air force, and internal security divisions.
In addition, the IDF released a new video showcasing strikes on Iran's western air defense systems and ballistic missile launchers.
